The Terror War years of 2003-2007 feel like ages ago now . . . though I fondly remember rooting on Jon Stewart as he launched into devestating send-ups of the Republicans and neocons. (That the Bushians and neocons were lunatics (or worse) was, of course, one of the few things that Stewart and I agreed on.) 

I was reminded of this time watching Stewart's latest take on the Republican Jewish Coalition Forum. Whatever else he might be, Jon Stewart is brave. He makes criticizng Israel, Zionism, and American foreign policy funny and cool, and it's hard to imagine that won't have consequences.  

At the Republican Jewish Coalition forum, Jews commemorate the miracle of incredibly religious Christian presidential candidates fighting over who loves Jews more.

Note that in the video (which is embedded in the Audio/Video tab), Rick Perry brags about increasing aid to Israel, despite the fact that a month ago he was claiming that in his administration, the foreign-aid budgets to all nations would start at zero.   

Also, could you imagine sitting through seven three-hour debates between Newt Gingrich and Barack Obama!? Insomnia has been cured!   

There are many things Alex and I enjoy more than fundraising…or at least how fundraising is usually done at sites like ours: Thermometers are brought out; Dickensian stories are told; and vague threats are issued that if readers don’t give money now, it will all go away. ‘Tis the Season!

21st Century England: No crime here when it's a white person be attacked.

Meanwhile, a gang of Black girls (Muslims from Somali for those counting at home) will be free to roam England like Morgan Freeman's character Azeem in Robin Hood: Prince of Thievesafter participating in a racial beat down of a white girl (while her boyfriend watched):

A gang of Muslim girls who repeatedly kicked a young woman in the head walked free from court after a judge heard they were 'not used to being drunk' because of their religion.

The group screamed 'kill the white slag' while kicks raining in on 22-year-old Rhea Page as she lay motionless on the ground, the court heard.

The attackers - three sisters and their cousin - were told by a judge that normally they would have been sent to jail. However, he handed the girls - all Somalian Muslims - suspended sentences after hearing that they were not used to alcohol because their religion does not allow it.

Their victim was left with a bald patch after they pulled a chunk out of her hair during the attack on the High Street, Leicester.

Ambaro and Hibo Maxamed, both 24, their sister Ayan, 28, and cousin Ifrah Nur, 28, attacked Rhea, a care worker, as she walked to a taxi rank with her boyfriend after a night out.

The victim, a support worker, was left so traumatised that she lost her job following repeated absences with stress and flashbacks, Leciester Crown Court was told.

The charge - assault occasioning actual bodily harm - carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. James Bide-Thomas, prosecuting, said Ambaro Maxamed, who started the violence, had called Miss Page a 'white bitch' during the incident. The women, who are all Somalian Muslims, were not charged with racial aggravation.

 'White bitch' and "kill the white slag" are no longer considered evidence of racial hate in England, because the government of that nation is actively trying to import a new people (if you recall the admission that the Labor Party was actively promoting mass immigration there).Much as the Democratic Party is abandoning the white working class vote in America, every party in England has abandoned any hope of defending the English people. Emma West is in prison for words; a gang of Black Muslims from Somali are free to roam England after beaten a native Englishwoman.

Whatever one might think of “The Epic Tram Lady,” she was not arrested by British police for acting in an annoying and un-Lady-like fashion. She was arrested for thinking bad thoughts about London’s immigrant and non-White population. As I blogged the other day, “If any were in doubt of the true totalitarian nature of ‘Cool Britannia,’ let Epic Tram Lady stand as an example.”

Whatever one might think about David Duke—and, I’m sure, among AltRight readers, there is a spectrum of opinions—he was recently arrested in Germany for thinking bad thoughts about racial identity. And let’s not forget that the soft—and increasingly hard—totalitarians in the Western world make few distinctions regarding where exactly one stands on particular controversies within what is in their minds a monolithically evil “far Right."

The central irony of "The Majority Strategy" (what VDARE calls "The Sailer Strategy" and what could be called "The Francis Strategy") is that the GOP has been winning elections by means of it for years, while denouncing it and even consciously trying to undermine it. In other words, the GOP is the White People's Party, whether it likes it or not.  And it will win in its current form so long as America's historic Majority believes (corectly or not) that the Party stands for its interests.  

The Democrats also have a winning forumla; it's called "The Minority Strategy." Quite unlike the Republicans, the Democrats are willing to talk about their Strategy.  

The Future of the Obama Coalition

For decades, Democrats have suffered continuous and increasingly severe losses among white voters. But preparations by Democratic operatives for the 2012 election make it clear for the first time that the party will explicitly abandon the white working class.

All pretense of trying to win a majority of the white working class has been effectively jettisoned in favor of cementing a center-left coalition made up, on the one hand, of voters who have gotten ahead on the basis of educational attainment — professors, artists, designers, editors, human resources managers, lawyers, librarians, social workers, teachers and therapists — and a second, substantial constituency of lower-income voters who are disproportionately African-American and Hispanic.

The implication of an explicit Minority Strategy and implicit, unspeakable Majority Strategy is that no White ruling coalition will  be allowed to exist in these United States.  

Every couple of years or so, a “respectable,” Establishmentarian, Center-Left commentator will touch on the subject of racial differences in intelligence. William Saletan was the last. Andrew Sullivan is the latest. 

In the abstract, the fact that Beltway journalists would be interested in the subject of race and IQ should not at all be surprising. The evidence for racially defined and, more or less, intractable differences in General Intelligence (g) is mountainous. And race has tremendous predictive power when it comes to individuals and societies. (A report on an inexplicable achievement gap between Blacks and Asians might shock and dismay New York Times readers; among American Renaissance subscribers, it elicits a yawn.) The impact of racial differences in intelligence on international economies—and international investment—has yet to be fully explored.

Nevertheless, the reality of race undermines the civic religion of most Western societies—as well as almost every piece of socially uplifting legislation from the past 50 years—and thus has become the ultimate taboo.

And hesitant expeditions into the unspeakable by writers like Sullivan and Saletan usually evoke a quick, predictable response:

• The offender’s colleagues express outrage, and he is symbolically rapped across the wrist with a ruler;
• The offender’s critics eventually suggest ostracism as the only solution;
• The heretic relents, recants, and begs for forgiveness.

There’s no need for state intervention; journalists police themselves effectively.

But perhaps Sullivan will break the trend… In the mid-’90s, when Sullivan was Editor of The New Republic (and a neocon/neoliberal or sorts), he published an entire issue dedicated to sober commentary on Richard Hernstein and Charles Murray’s The Bell Curve. Indeed, this issue—along with a non-hysterical review in the New York Times Book Review—marked the last moment in which racial differences in intelligence were discussed forthrightly in mainstream sources—before the door was slammed and bolted shut.

While little of what Sullivan writes will be surprising to readers in the AltRight sphere, he does make one important point that will touch fair-minded liberals: “The study of intelligence has been strangled by pc egalitarianism.” (Just ask Bruce Lahn, hardly a "White Nationalist" but simply a scholar searching for truth.)

Moreover, it came as no surprise to me that race realism is breaking out among liberals, who can no longer abide the cognitive dissonance between PC and their expressed support of the scientific method and empirical research—and not among conservatives and paleos. The “conservative movement” has fully embraced a kind of “Americanist Creationism,” in which everyone who believes in “equality” can be an American, and all earthly residents outside America's borders must be integrated into our One True Way. The paleos, it seems, have decided to take a pass on the central, most unavoidable geopolitical question of our time. This choice hasn’t granted them credibility...it's simply made them unthreatening. (Note that Charles Murray’s update on The Bell Curve, “The Inequality Taboo,” appeared in the neocon Commentary, not Chronicles.)

For years, Andrew Sullivan has been a reliable barometer of the social mood of America’s college-educated masses: that is to say, he’s flipped from being a neoliberal in the ‘90s...to a war-happy neocon after 9/11...to an anti-war “realist” around 2006...to an Obamaniac in 2008...etc. etc. etc.

Let’s hope that this time, he takes a principled stand.

Her language is crude; her feelings are real.  Who can deny that her native London has been destroyed? Certainly not the Diversity on the tram, who, mouthing television commetary, can only claim they're doing jobs the Brits won't.

This woman has apparently been arrested for "racially aggravated public order offence." If any were in doubt of the true tolitarian nature of Cool Britannia, let Epic Tram Lady stand as an example.
